Chungmugong Yi Sun Shin class Destroyer - KDX-II
 
Built by Hyundai Heavy Industries and Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering, the Chungmugong Yi Sun Sin class Destroyers are multirole, ocean going warships deployed by the Republic of Korea Navy. The 6 vessels of the class were built as part of the KDX-II project to strengthen ROK Navy defense against North Korea and other emerging threats as well as provide the ROK Navy with true blue water, ocean going capabilities.

FFX Incheon class Frigate - Republic of Korea Navy
 
The FFX programme (Future Frigate eXperimental) was launched to replace the ageing Ulsan Class frigates and Pohang Class corvette in the ROK Navy fleet. Partially designed by the South Korean Ministry of National Defense, Incheon Frigates will be built in two batches by Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) and Daewoo Shipbuilding Marine & Engineering (DSME).
