DIMDEX 2022: CASIC showcases CM-302 anti-ship missile


The China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation showcases the CM-302 anti-ship cruise missile that is the export version of the YJ-12 at the Doha International Maritime Defence Exhibition and Conference (DIMDEX 2022).

The YJ-12 is an air-launched, anti-ship cruise missile (ASCM) and is considered by the U.S. Naval Forces as one of the most dangerous anti-ship missiles produced by the Chinese defense industry.

The missile has a maximum firing range of 400 km and can reach a speed of up to Mach 3, and is capable of performing air-borne evasive maneuvers before hitting its target.

The missile can be equipped with a nuclear or conventional warhead of 500 kg. The missile is fitted with an inertial and GPS guidance system and has an accuracy of 5-7 m CEP (Probable Circular Error).
