French Company Couach has designed and developed a full range of fast interceptor boats including the 1200 LMI, 1400 FIC and 1650 FIC which are now in service to naval and security forces all over the world. The 1650 FIC is now in service with the Saudi Coast Guard. Delivered between 2016 and 2018, these 16.5-meter composite boats, armed with light cannon, are capable of exceeding 60 knots.

The 1200 LMI is a Light Modular Interceptor boat that has been designed to offer different configurations. The boat includes an unrivaled storage capacity that allowing safety and comfort for the crew. It is powered by three engines developing 350 hp each.

The 1200 LMI is made with composite material and can accommodate 8 people. Standard equipment of the boat includes radar, weapons mount, suspended seats, radar, AIS (Automatic Identification System), Infra-Red camera, and communication system.

The 1200 LMI can reach a maximum sped of 55 knots (92 km/h) with a maximum range 200 nm (270 km). She has an overall length of 12.5 m and a beam of 3.60m.

The 1400 FIC is a Fast Interceptor Boat that is designed as a small boat with the capability of a larger one. The boat is made with composite materials with a deep–vee chine hull form to ensure a soft ride in adverse sea states. A fully enclosed cabin is mounted on the middle of the boat which can accommodate a crew of 6. The roof of the crew cabin can be fitted with a remotely operated weapon station armed with one 7.62mm machine gun.

The 1400 FIC is powered by two waterjets developing 870 hp and allowing the boat to reach a top speed of 50 knots (80 km/h) with a maximum cruising range of 200 nm (270 km). She has an overall length of 14.15 m and a beam of 3.6 m.

Standard equipment of the 1400 FIC includes multi-function screens providing cartography and radar information, communication system, naval radar, and AIS (Automatic Identification System) monitor.

The 1650 FIC (Fast Interceptor Craft) is the largest boat in the series developed by the French Company Couach - CNC. The boat is designed to conduct sea strike operations, search and rescue (SAR), maritime security, sea safety, convoy protection, sea policing, anti-piracy, protection of vulnerable vessels and offshore installations, and control of illegal immigration, trafficking and smuggling.

The 1650 FIC has an overall length of 16.95 m, an overall beam of 3.86 m, and a displacement of 25 tones. It can accommodate a crew of 6 using an enclosed cabin mounted in the middle of the boat.

The 1650 FIC is powered by two waterjets developing 1,600 hp. each. It can reach a maximum top speed of 60 knots (96 km/h) with a maximum cruising range of 220 nm (410 km). It can be deployed at sea for 2 days.

Standard equipment of the 1650 FIC includes multi-function screens providing cartography and radar information, communication system, naval radar, infrared camera, and AIS (Automatic Identification System) monitor. The roof of the crew cabin can be fitted with a remote weapon station.
