The enterprise behind this innovation, "Gulfstream Company," is based in Mykolaiv and specializes in producing boats and smaller vessels from HDPE.

They have presented their recent endeavor: the GS7300 boat project. HDPE, while being a relatively new entrant in shipbuilding, boasts of several distinctive advantages. Not only does it eliminate the need for paint or any form of maintenance, but it is also resistant to corrosion and can withstand significant impact.

The design illustrations of this new project hint that the company is targeting a diverse audience, from military personnel to law enforcement agencies, including rescue teams, border patrols, and police forces.

The GS7300 boat measures 7.4 meters in length and 2.42 meters in width. At its midship, it stands at a height of 0.96 meters. As for its carrying capacity, it can handle a certified weight of up to 1350 kg, with a maximum load capacity reaching 2700 kg.

The boat itself, when empty, weighs around 980 kg. Its engine configuration allows for a maximum power output of either a single 250 horsepower unit or two 150 horsepower units. The design accommodates a crew of up to 12 members.

One of the standout features of this boat is its trimaran hull design, complemented by a central ski. It's designed with a self-draining cockpit that can be customized to meet the specific requirements of its users. Earning its credentials, the boat has been certified by the Italian maritime registry, Registro Italiano Navale (RINA), which is also recognized in Ukraine.

Potential buyers can choose from various versions of the boat, as showcased on the company's website. These include options like Base, Taxi, Special, Patrol, and Cabin, each with a unique layout tailored to the specific version.

One of the major milestones for the company was the successful launch of the GS7300's first hull. It currently holds the distinction of being the largest vessel in Ukraine made from HDPE. And for those interested in larger designs, "Gulfstream Company" has offerings that extend up to 24 meters in length.

An interesting note to consider is the non-magnetic nature of HDPE. This makes boats crafted from this material especially suitable for operations focused on mine clearance in aquatic environments.
