According to the French Navy, "Jeanne d'Arc Mission" is an example of the diversity of the missions the Navy led in a joint and combined context, and its deployment will be an opportunity to strengthen ties between France and various countries through joint exercises and meetings. Like any vessel deployed, the group will also be able, if necessary, and by order of the chief of staff of the armies, to be engaged in operations.
