K-90 multi-purpose corvette will be capable of performing a variety of missions, from offshore patrol and search and rescue, via anti-submarine warfare (ASW) and anti-surface warfare (ASuW), to anti-air warfare missions (AAW). The project will be classed for unrestricted navigation by Bureau Veritas.

MTG Dolphin is the first ever Bulgarian shipyard to exhibit at Euronaval, presenting its new cost-efficient combat vessel design, based the increased need of new naval solutions, at limited defense budgets.

The organizers of Euronaval identify several trends that shape the 25th edition of the exhibition. For MTG Dolphin, of particular importance is the high level of interest in the acquisition of offshore patrol vessels and corvettes.

"Euronaval gives us an unparalleled opportunity to present robust solutions, to establish contacts with national delegations, and touch base with potential industry partners. Our partnerships with leading suppliers and integrators gives us ample ground to offer the K-90 as a competitive and highly capable ship, equipped with cutting-edge armament and systems," commented Svetlin Stoyanov, executive director of MTG Dolphin.
