Israeli company Rafael has integrated its combat-proven technologies into a consolidated 360° multi-layered defense solution ‒ enabling full ship protection tailored to the customer's operational requirements. Based upon years of experience and operational lessons learned in various naval arenas, RAFAEL provides comprehensive multi-layered defense solutions in response to ever-increasing naval threats.

At DEFEA 2021, Rafael will showcase a number of solutions for modern naval forces including the C-Dome, an air defense missile based on the Iron Dome, which, to date, has achieved over 4000 combat interceptions. Operational with the Israeli Navy, C-Dome is designed to protect strategic naval and land assets against advanced aerial, ballistic, and surface-to-surface threats.

In June 2021, the Israeli company Rafael has unveiled the Sea Breaker, a 5th generation long-range, autonomous, precision-guided missile system. It utilizes Rafael’s technological innovations such as electro-optics, computer vision, Artificial Intelligence, and decision-making algorithms for full operational capability in GNSS-denied environments for maritime superiority missions.

Sea Breaker is a naval and artillery unit force-multiplier, designed to overcome the modern warfare arena challenges, using Rafael’s legacy of high-end precision-guided solutions.

Sea Breaker can be launched from naval platforms, varying in size, from fast attack missile boats to corvettes and frigates. The land version is a central part of the shore defense, based on Rafael’s highly mobile SPYDER launchers.
