The 3M-54 Kalibr, also known as the 3M54-1 Kalibr or 3M14 Biryuza, is a family of Russian cruise missiles developed by the Novator Design Bureau. It has been in service since 1994 and has ship-launched, submarine-launched, and air-launched versions, with variants designed for anti-ship, anti-submarine, and land attack use. The missile can carry a warhead weighing up to 500 kilograms (1,100 lbs) of explosive or a thermonuclear warhead.

The Kalibr cruise missile system comes in different variants with varying mass and length, ranging from 1,300 kg to 2,300 kg and 6.2 m to 8.9 m, respectively.

The Russian military utilized Kalibr cruise missiles extensively during the 2022 invasion of Ukraine, which began on February 24th of that year. At least 30 of these missiles were reportedly launched during the initial assault, with targets including air bases, air-defense batteries, and command and control points.

The Admiral Grigorovich-class frigates, Buyan-class corvettes, and Kilo-class submarines of the Russian Black Sea Fleet are believed to have fired these missiles.
