The agreement was signed by Nikunj Parashar, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and David Massey, CEO of ADSB.

Currently, the only 12-metre vessel built by ADSB is the 120 Fast Inshore Platform (FIP) patrol boat. She is a highly capable vessel designed to meet the growing demand for fast inshore vessels in maritime, naval, security, and coast guard operations. Her three 400hp outboard engines provide ample power to reach speeds exceeding 60 knots even at full load.

The 120 FIP has a large centre console and walkaround deck layout that make it highly versatile for different missions and boarding situations. The vessel is fast but also provides a smooth ride for crew, thanks to shock-mitigating seating.

She can accommodate up to six crew members and has adjustable seating for various cargo arrangements. The vessel also features dry storage areas for ammunition boxes and other equipment.

She has mountings with gunner backrests for 12.7mm guns aft and forward, with options for smaller guns like 7.62mm or 5.56mm to meet diverse use cases. The vessel measures 12.8m in length, 3.1m in beam OA, and has a draft of approximately 0.52m and a load displacement of around 5.5t.
