First British Army Boxer Armored Vehicle Prototypes Arrive in UK for Groundbreaking Trials

Citing recent information published by the British MoD (Ministry of Defence) Defence Equipment & Support, the first two Boxer 8x8 wheeled armored vehicle prototypes for the British army have arrived in the UK ahead of joint army-industry trials. Boxer is the British Army’s new state-of-the-art wheeled armored fighting vehicle. The vehicles will form a core part of the Army’s new Armoured Brigade Combat Teams, where they will be paired with new Ajax reconnaissance tracked armored vehicles and Challenger 3 tanks to form the cornerstone of the Army’s ability to fight and win wars on land.
