Littoral combat ship USS Coronado (LCS 4) participated in the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace (LIMA) Exhibition 2017, March 25-26. LIMA is the premier aerospace and maritime exhibition in Southeast Asia, and in 2017 the exhibition included 38 countries showcasing technology in sea and air systems to address the wide spectrum of security challenges being faced throughout the region.

LIMA 2017: MTC Unveils its Mobile Offshore Base Stations for Royal Malaysian Navy

Damen MRSS Enforcer 10000 LPD LIMA 2017 1 At LIMA 2017, the Langkawi International Maritime And Aerospace Exhibition currently held in Malaysia, Damen shipyards of the Netherlands unveiled a new design proposal for the Royal Malaysian Navy's (RMN) Multi-Role Supply Ship (MRSS) requirement. Damen's MRSS is based on its Enforcer product line of landing platform docks (LPD), more precisely, the Enforcer 10000.
 

First Airshow Appearance for Leonardo's ATR 72MP Maritime Patrol Aircraft at LIMA 2017
 
Leonardo ATR 72MP Italian Airforce 1 For the first time since its introduction into service in December 2016, the Italian Air Force’s ATR 72MP has flown overseas to attend the Langkawi International Maritime And Aerospace Exhibition in Malaysia, from March 21 to 25. During the show, the aircraft and its crew will be available to delegations and guests for hosted visits and briefings. Leonardo envisions significant export opportunities for the aircraft in the region due the aircraft's low cost of operation, ease of maintenance and exceptional versatility in a number of maritime roles.
